We are incredibly excited to be able to share news of the biggest enhancement to the functionality of our member feedback system Insight since its launch in 2016.
Over the summer months, our expert team of coders have been secretly working away in our product development laboratory, cooking up a pretty special new feature for Insight which we think you are going to love!
The system now enables you to collect even more invaluable customer feedback by adding additional questions to the Net Promoter Survey® as well as creating brand new standalone questionnaires.
Whether you want to delve deeper into a negative NPS trend around your café, empower your members to help you choose new machines and equipment for the gym or assess demand for a new group exercise class, you can now utilise Insight to get customer feedback on anything you want!
