Mike Hills

General Manager

As General Manager, Mike oversees all aspects of the running of the business. He has a vast amount of experience within the health and fitness sector having taken multiple different roles across the industry in his journey to his current position. Mike is hugely passionate about customer experience excellence within the health and fitness sector, and can often be found presenting keynotes on the topic at major industry events. With a body that is now too worn out for rugby, Mike finds his fitness challenge playing and coaching touch rugby.


Dan Albert

General Manager North America

Dan heads up our North American team. With a background in sales and marketing, he brings extensive experience of enterprise software solutions across multiple sectors. Dan is passionate about expanding our reach across the US and Canada by introducing more and more customers to our great products and exceptional service. When the injuries became too much, Dan had to stop playing competitive Ice Hockey but still loves to play recreationally and coach his son’s team.


Simon Moore

Technical Director

The longest serving member of Team TRP, having been with us since year dot, there isn’t anything Simon doesn’t know about great customer experience management software! With an incredibly bright mind and thirst for innovation, Simon is fascinated by technology and always thinking up new ways to make our products even better for our customers to use. As well as his involvement in product development, Simon also heads up our brilliant technical support team; ensuring our solutions run like clockwork and users get all the help and advice they need to utilise them to their full potential. A keen dancer, Simon likes to get his exercise fix from an energetic ceroc or salsa.


Penny Southwood

Operations Manager

Penny looks after our operations and professional services teams, ensuring that the service we deliver throughout a customer's relationship with us is of the highest standard. Her Account Managers/Retention Coaches work very closely with their clubs, sharing a wealth of experience and best practice to help them provide exceptional member experiences and create raving fans. With over 20 years’ experience within the health and fitness industry, Penny remains passionate about the benefits physical activity has in peoples’ lives. Outside of her role at TRP, Penny is a keen cyclist and qualified group fitness instructor teaching Body Balance and Spinning.


Tamara Bailey

Key Account Manager / Product Owner (CLUBCOUNT)

Tamara is health and fitness through and through, in fact she still teaches group exercise classes alongside her full-time role here at TRP! Utilising over 7 years of experience in health and fitness club operations, Tamara works with our key customer accounts to help them deliver exceptional member experiences and create raving fans. Tamara is also heavily involved in corporate partnerships, building and maintaining relationships with fellow suppliers and industry organisations who share our vision; primarily our relationship with Les Mills through our joint product CLUBCOUNT™.


Alex Callaby

Head of Sales

Alex is our networking master. He loves getting out in the field, visiting gyms, leisure centres and industry events talking to operators about their challenges and how our solutions can overcome them. Alex has been working in sport, fitness and leisure since 2005, originally as an operator of 5-a-side soccer leagues and for the last 7 years selling software to the leisure industry. Alex is a keen runner focused on a sub 2-hour half marathon. His most recent attempt fell just 3 seconds short!


Paul Brindle

Head of Development

Paul oversees our feature and product development. He and his team of engineers build all our great software from our offices in Bath, England. Their mission is to continually delight our customers with new and exciting advancements which extend their ability to provide their members with exceptional club experiences. An expert in agile theory, Paul has over 15 years' experience of IT, development and management. Paul is a keen tennis player and football fan, taking his punishment supporting hometown club Blackburn Rovers.

Here at TRP we’ve got real strength in depth, we’re a tight-knit bunch who love what we do. Everyone who works for us, whether that be developers, software engineers, customer care specialists, salespeople, marketers, account managers, product owners, retention coaches or project managers, plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional offering which creates raving fans.
